The Network of Care Analysis workgroup envisions the integration of all child serving systems in CT into a Network of Care to equally and effectively serve children and families.

The Data Integration workgroup advances statewide data sharing through a user-driven process across child serving sectors to drive planning, policy, budgeting and decision making to transform networks of care.
Workforce Development
The Workforce Development workgroup supports and mentors youth and family Champions to help ensure that all the planning and delivery of care are family-driven and youth-guided.
Cultural and Linguistic Competency
This workgroup develops and implements a statewide process for incorporating enhanced CLAS standards within the Network of Care.
Social Marketing and Communications
This workgroup increases awareness of the system of care and array of services and works to reduce stigma related to mental illness.
Youth and Family Engagement
This workgroup ensures that a diverse group of families and youth are involved as full partners to drive the transformation of the behavioral health system.
Fiscal Analysis
This workgroup envisions the alignment and integration of Connecticut’s resources to provide quality services for children and families with behavioral health needs.
Trauma Informed School Mental Health
This workgroup integrates behavioral health services with school and community supports.
Early Identification and Screening
This workgroup promotes screening of all children in Connecticut at the earliest stage of contact for behavioral health needs.
