Opportunities for Feedback


The public comment period on the draft Connecticut Behavioral Health Plan for Children ended September 12, 2014.

Members of the public may continue to share feedback on Connecticut’s behavioral health system for children. Comments submitted using the online feedback form will be forwarded to the Connecticut Department of Children and Families for ongoing consideration.


September 5 – 12, 2014:  Public Comment on the draft Connecticut Behavioral Health Plan for Children

The public was invited to provide feedback on the draft plan from September 5-12. The feedback will be considered in the development of the final plan, which will be submitted to the Legislature in October 2014.  


March – June, 2014:  Gathering Input for Plan Development

Earlier this year, input was gathered from parents, youth, providers, researchers, policymakers and members of the public to help guide the development of the DRAFT Connecticut Behavioral Health Plan for Children.
