The public comment period ended September 12th at 5:00pm.  Comments received after this time will be forwarded to the Connecticut Department of Children and Families for ongoing consideration. The final Connecticut Behavioral Health Plan for Children will be submitted to the Legislature by the Connecticut Department of Children and Families in October 2014.
